User Invitation UX

Hi I wanted to report the inconvenience when it comes to inviting a user. First I had to search where do I do this, it was burried somewhere in company settings with the name "access". Ideally I'd like user invitation to be available under User Management with a dropdown regarding which company you want to add user to. Also, I've already set up company brand voice, logo, description and all. When I invite a user it should simply log her into the home page rather than asking for company information again given it's already set up by me. Thanks.
