different post times to one post on different social media plattforms

If I have a post created for several social media plattforms, I would appreciate very much if I could not only go "Publish" and then either "Now" or "Schedule for later" but choose for every single platform a different time to publish, e.g. Linkedin Now, Instagram at 5PM and Facebook at 8PM.
